1997 to June 2008
- Director, Business Development, Contingency Logistics & Operations, Government Services, DynCorp International, LLC, (Jan 2005 to June 2008): Responsible for development of new business prospects and marketing for all areas of GS business pursuits ranging from Base Operations Support, Logistics, Contingency Operations, Engineering and Maritime Services business lines. Identified and initiated the pursuit of over $2.5 billion dollars of potential business both nationally and internationally. Successfully captured over $1 billion dollars of new business.
- Program Manager/Capture Manager, Iraqi Army Armored Equipment Program: (June 2007 to June 2008) Responsible for the full capture process of the project as a Primary Sub-Contractor to Defense Solutions, Inc. the prime contractor. Required to oversee the development of the DI technical and cost proposals and assist Defense Solutions in the development of their final proposal to the government. Served as the DI Program Manager for the program upon contract award and established the program management office.
- Program Manager for Transition, US Army Intelligence & Security Command Global Linguists Contract, Global Linguist Solutions (GLS), a subsidiary of DynCorp International. November 2006 to June 2007: Responsible for the complete transition process of a $4.5 billion dollar contract awarded to Global Linguist Solutions for translator support to US Forces in Iraq. Included the establishment of GLS as a fully functional, standalone company, overseeing the development of all of the company processes and procedures, advising the President of GLS on strategic hires and overall organizational structure.
- Director, International & General Manpower Services: DynCorp International, International Technical Services (2003 – 2004): Responsible for managing the complete recruiting process for DynCorp International’s worldwide recruiting operations. Oversaw the operations of a department of 22 recruiters and support staff, multiple supporting contractors and 26 International Recruiting companies. Implemented recruiting efficiencies that reduced the annual cost per hire from $1200.00 per candidate to $950.00. Successfully recruited over 2000 candidates worldwide during 2004 representing a 350% increase over the previous year.
- Operations Manager & Logistics Planner: DynCorp International (1997 to 2003) Responsible for the development of logistics support plans for the worldwide regional management planning for the U.S. Army Material Command - Logistics Civilian Augmentation Program (LOGCAP II). Also responsible for the development and implementation plan for the Jordanian International Police Training Center.

Principal advisor to the Head of the Mission on all matters pertaining to logistics support for the mission. Project Manager for development of the overall logistics support plan for the mission including organic military and contractor/vendor provided supply, transportation, services contracts and maintenance support.

From 1971 thru 1996, successfully served in multiple positions of increasing responsibility in the US Army as both an Infantry Officer, Special Operations Officer and Multi-Functional Logistician. Assignments ranged from commanding troops in operational environments to serving as the senior logistics officer for a multi-national Army Group in Europe.
